Here at Springcare we are recruiting for passionate Registered Nurses to join our team. We now have a part time vacancy at River Meadows for 24 hours per week.

Working closely alongside your home manager and care team, you will advise and deliver the highest standards of care to our residents whilst encouraging them to remain as independent for as long as possible and support their individual needs.

Our homes are their homes.

As a Registered Nurse with Springcare you would be:

  • Supporting a care team and proving guidance in all aspects of care to ensure that all residents and staff are safe.
  • Act as a mentor to others and help to build strong team relationships.
  • Update and monitor care plans, reviewing them as and when required.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical skills.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is complaint with NMC guidelines and legislation.

The ideal Registered Nurse would:

  • Be able to lead, motivate and supervise others.
  • Have experience of managing staff and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Have a passion for helping others and delivering the highest standards of care.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt and manage the needs of the home.
  • Be proactive team player and able to work unsupervised.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent Care planning and clinical skills.
  • Have experience within a care setting.

Within the role it would be essential that:

  • A current and active NMC pin number is held.
  • Have a legal right to work in the UK, and able to complete right to work checks.
  • A full enhanced DBS is completed (Disclosure Barring service)/have been subscribed to the update service.
  • You are able to provide evidence of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (or provide medical exemption evidence)
