Newton Hall now have a vacancy for an experienced office administrator to join them as part of a forward thinking team.
Ideally you will have previous experience within a home environment:
Hold NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
Be able to prioritise work load
Have good organisational skills
Have a good telephone manner.
Summary of Job Role
Provide administrative support to the Home Manager & Deputy Manager
Meeting & Greeting of visitors to the home
Answering telephone calls
