There is an attractive large patio area with ample patio furniture where residents are able to enjoy the pretty gardens. There is an abundant amount of parking to the front of the home.
This home has a friendly, family atmosphere with two communal lounges in which residents may relax, socialise or take part in the daily entertainment programme.
All service users will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support which encourages personal growth and development, we aim to encourage and promote motivation and independence. All service users will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the service users, their family members and professional bodies. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, personal requirements, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes. Each service user will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes with their General Practitioner.
In March 2020, Hatton Court welcomed Tina Lilly to the home as its new Home Manager:
“I have worked in the care industry for my entire adult life, starting as a care assistant working my way up to a nurses assistant, leading onto working as an Operations manager for a GP surgery, before I qualified as a nurse in 2012 having trained at Birmingham City University. I am now delighted to have been given the opportunity by Springcare to become the Home Manager for Hatton Court. I am excited to be a part of the Springcare team”
Visitors are always welcome. If you would like to arrange a tour of the home, please contact the manager direct who will be pleased to assist you.
