All service users will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support which encourages personal growth and development, we aim to encourage and promote motivation and independence. All service users will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the service users, their family members and professional bodies. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, personal requirements, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes. Each service user will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes with their General Practitioner.
Bucklow Manor is committed to maintaining excellent standards of choice, dignity and independence for service users by employing quality, valued and loyal staff.
It is one of our care homes elderly loved ones can reside in, it has two spacious homely lounges and two dining rooms which overlook extensive paved and lawned gardens with seats where residents can welcome visitors at any time.

I am passionate about the continual improvement and growth of the services that we provide, e.g. providing Namaste sessions in the home which aid in the spiritual and general well being of the residents. We aim to ensure the care and support given to our residents are of high standards at all times.
My hobbies are spending time with my family, holidays, and my pets. I have a Cuban amazon parrot called Billie, an albino toad called Froggit and a bearded dragon called Puff.
