Hinstock Manor Care Home wins prestigious award

Hinstock Manor Care Home has come first place in the annual Drayton in Bloom competition. Fending off huge competition to win the award for the Best Business Garden. The judges were impressed with how each resident had their own plant pot and therefore felt they had contributed to the garden and entering the competition. At Oxton Grange in Birkenhead, a Cheese and Wine evening was enjoyed by residents and relatives along with a violinist. Alan at the home held a superb evening that has was enjoyed by all.

American breakfast at The Cedars

The Cedars residents loved their American breakfast and as a thank you to the staff the residents requested that the Cedars staff have their own breakfast as a thank you. The Cedars have enjoyed many activities this week such as dominoes, bingo, holy communion, singers and making our herb garden.

Springcare donates to Shropshire, Staffordshire & Cheshire Blood Bikes

Each year Springcare choose several charities to receive donations. One of the charities that Springcare chose was Shropshire, Staffordshire & Cheshire Blood Bikes. The charity was an easy choice for Springcare to make for they provide a free of charge motorcycle courier service supporting the NHS which in turn saves them money which can then be used for patient care.
