Our care services

Our homes offer a wide range of services from residential care to nursing and dementia care and respite care. All our homes offer residential care where individuals simply need support to continue living independently whilst having someone to talk to every day.

Our nursing care homes including Davenham Hall, Westwood Hall and River Meadows are for people who need a qualified nursing care team available to them at any time, day or night. This may include people who need intensive rehabilitative care to people with physical disabilities and long-term medical conditions.

A number of our care homes also specialise in Dementia care. Care homes including Bucklow Manor, The Cedars and Windy Knowe have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure loved ones are provided with all the support they need to continue to live fulfilling lives.

Respite care is available at all our homes including Sandiway Lodge and Weston House for both long and short term respite stays. Hatton Court is currently supporting people on an intermediate care plan, with a view to re-ablement prior to returning home. This service is only available via the Contracts team at Telford and Wrekin.

At all the nursing and care homes in our group, our staff strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all our residents within the warm and caring atmosphere.
