General Information

Hatton court is a nursing home, offering care for residential, nursing and EMI needs. The home comprises mainly of single rooms. There are some double rooms for couples or shared rooms for those who wish to reside with friends. Most of Hatton Court's rooms also benefit from en-suite facilities.

The home has a friendly, family atmosphere with two communal lounges in which residents may relax and spend time with others. Day to day activities are organised by the Activity Co-Ordinator for those wishing to take part. All Residents are able to take part in the entertainment as they wish.

The Home itself is a purpose built single storey property built in 1992, which is situated near the village of Cold Hatton. Set within the Shropshire countryside with views over surrounding farmland, Hatton Court has a large patio area which is especially useful during the summer months. There is ample garden furniture which encourages Residents to relax outside and enjoy the pretty garden.

There is a large car park with ample parking spaces. Visitors are always welcome. If you would like to arrange a tour of the home please contact the manager direct, who will be very pleased to assist you.

Services:

All services that our residents need to fulfil their lives are arranged at Hatton:

  • These include G P Services, Clergy Visits, Chiropodist, Optician, Hairdressers, Mobile Library and Private Holistic Care.
  • At meal times there is an extensive menu offered daily.
  • In the unlikely event that there is nothing offered on the menu that appeals to you, our excellent Chef will do his best to meet any requirements.
  • Special diets are catered for. Our Nursing Staff will liaise with the dietetics department at the local hospital and advise the Chef accordingly.
Social Activities:
  • There are regular activities and regularly entertainers visit the home.
  • There is an Activities Coordinator who offers a wide range of activities and craftwork.
  • The Activities Coordinator also plans regular outings and events with the use of our mini-bus.
