General Information

The home is located in a rural setting in a large extended country house in the village of Wollerton near Market Drayton. It is set in its own grounds, which are well maintained. All bedrooms have lovely views of the surrounding countryside. 

Accommodation is offered in either single or double bedrooms, some of which have en suite facilities. Some bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the remainder are accessed by a passenger lift onto the first floor for Residents' ease. There are communal areas where all residents can spend time relaxing, socialising or taking part in the homes entertainment.

Beech House is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and can provide nursing and personal care for a total of 54 older people.

Services:

• Our facilities are set in a three-storey mansion house. We have 54 bedrooms, all furnished to a high standard to ensure your comfort and safety.
• All bedrooms have lockable facilities for personal possessions and electric socket points.
• There are gardens and residents have unrestricted access to them.
• Each room can have a separate telephone line installed if requested.

   

Social Activities:

•    There is a communal lounge with TV, video and music
     playing facilities.
•    There is also a piano that can be used by the residents and
     by entertainers.
•    We employ an Activities Coordinator in the Home who
     organises a whole range of entertainment events and  
     activities.
•    This includes bingo, film shows, sing-a-longs and other
     pastimes.
•    All religious events, birthdays and social events are
     celebrated through the year.
