General Information:
The Home itself is a purpose built single storey property which is situated near the village of Cold Hatton and was built in 1992. Hatton Court has 52 single rooms and 6 twin rooms, having a total of 64 beds. The home is designed to cater for all the needs of the elderly and of young physically disabled residents.
Services:
All services that our residents need to fulfil their lives are arranged at Hatton:
These include G P Services, Clergy Visits, Chiropodist, Optician, Hairdressers, Mobile Library and Private Holistic Care.
At meal times there is an extensive menu offered daily.
In the unlikely event that there is nothing offered on the menu that appeals to you, our excellent Chef will do his best to meet your requirements.
Special diets are catered for. Our Nursing Staff will liaise with the dietetics department at the local hospital and advise the Chef accordingly.
Social Activities:
There are regular activities and visiting entertainers within the home.
There is an Activities Coordinator employed in the Home who offers a wide range of activities and craftwork.
The Activities Coordinator also plans regular outings and events with the use of our mini-bus.
Philosophy of Care:To ensure a homely environment, combined with the highest quality of care.Staff will preserve the dignity, individuality and privacy of each individual.Residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their individual Care Plans along with the involvement of family and friends.

Hatton Court provides care to all Service Users to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of good care practice, and that this may be witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the Home.

To ensure that the Care Service is flexible.To ensure that each Service User's needs and values are respected.To ensure that the Care Service is delivered in accordance with the agreed Contract.
