Davenham Hall is a beautiful Georgian Listed Grade 2 house constructed around 1822. The building has been renovated to a very high standard to retain many of its architectural features. The Home is set in six and a half acres of attractive gardens with ample car parking space for visitors. Davenham Hall provides nursing and residential care for 41 residents.

Social Activities:
  • To cater for individual choice and preference in relation to conversation and TV viewing, there are three lounges and a separate dining room.
  • There are regular activities and visiting entertainers within the home.
  • There is an Activities Coordinator employed in the Home who offers a wide range of activities and craftwork.
  • The Activities Coordinator also plans regular outings and events with the use of our mini-bus.

    Services:
    All services that our residents need to fulfil their lives are arranged at Davenham:
  • These include G P Services, Clergy Visits, Chiropodist, Optician, Hairdressers, Mobile Library and Private Holistic Care.
  • At meal times there is an extensive menu offered daily.
  • In the unlikely event that there is nothing offered on the menu that appeals to you, our excellent Chef will do his best to meet your requirements.
  • Special diets are catered for. Our Nursing Staff will liaise with the dietetics department at the local hospital and advise the Chef accordingly.

  • Staff will preserve the dignity, individuality and privacy of each individual.
  • Residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their individual Care Plans along with the involvement of family and friends.

    Davenham Hall provides care to all Service Users to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of good care practice, and that this may be witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the Home.

  • To ensure that the Care Service is flexible.
  • To ensure that each Service User's needs and values are respected.
  • To ensure that the Care Service is delivered in accordance with the agreed Contract.
