We have five specialised care homes within Shropshire, ranging from both residential to nursing care. All of our homes offer high quality of accommodation, care and support to both clients and resident's families.

Our Nursing Homes In Shropshire

Our Shropshire homes are Beech House Nursing Home, set within the countryside village of Wollerton. Beech House is a wonderful converted country house with ample gardens, conservatory and magnificent views. Accommodation is offered in the form of both single, and double occupancy rooms for couples and most have en-suite facilities. River Meadows Nursing Home in Edgebolton, Shawbury is set on the riverside of the river Roden. Weston House residential home is the third Shropshire home which is on the market town of Whitchurch's high street. This is a smaller home for resident’s to relax and socialize in, close to all local amenities whilst having facilities offered within the home. Our fourth home is Hatton Court within close distance of Telford which is a purpose built home for all nursing, EMI and dementia needs. With a wide range of social activities, Hatton court prides itself on promoting a friendly, family like atmosphere. The final Shropshire home is Yockleton Grange, on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. This is a friendly, caring residential home housing all types of residents including mental health clients. All of our homes offer residential and respite care, and our nursing homes also support care for Elderly, Mentally Ill, Dementia patients including Alzheimer's , Continually Health care funded clients, and Nurisng care.

Choosing a Shropshire Based Care Home

We fully appreciate that the decision to enter a Residential Care Setting may be a difficult decision and advise all clients to view more than one Home and ask lots of questions. At our homes all of our staff are totally committed to doing everything possible to assist residents to settle happily into their surroundings.

Our Shropshire Nursing Home Staff

All of our Nursing and Care Homea including those in Shropshire aim to provide a quality service which will meet both the residents and families needs. Our Shropshire Nursing home staff recognise that all of our clients are unique individuals and always safeguard them from all forms of abuse. Our staff are highly trained at assisting our clients to maintain their independence for as long as is possible.

Our Shropshire based Nursing and Care Homes are operated by Qualified nurses. These nurses have a specific interest in working with the older person and are on duty 24hrs a day in our Shropshire homes. Our Shropshire based Health Care Assistants are trained to deliver the highest standards of care and service. Many of these Shropshire base staff are working toward an NVQ qualification in Direct Care or already hold this qualification and and are actively encouraged to attain qualifications like this that add value to our clients care.

Each of our homes in Shropshire has an activities coordinator who runs day to day events and clubs. These Shropshire Nursing homes activity managers also organise days and trips out of the home anfd each and every resident is encouraged to join if they would like to do so. Our Shropshire nursing homes also offer communal areas where residents can relax or if they would prefer to do so they can stay within their personal rooms. All of our Shrophire Nursing Home residents are urged to view the home as their own and continue with their normal routines.
